오랜만에 맛보려 들린 두레국수가 휴가를 간 덕분에 찾아간 셰프의 육개장. 밖에서 보이는 모습은 매우 작은 매장이었는데 안에 들어가보니 실제로도 그러했다. 메뉴는 기본 육개장으로부터 시작하여 파생된 몇가지로 단촐하지만 전문성을 드러내는 듯한 구성. 매운 육개장 대신 담백하게 먹고 싶어서 백육개장을 시키고 매장안을 둘러보기 시작했다. 매장은 마치 와타나베 건물탐방에 나오는 잘 설계된 협소주택을 보는 것 마냥 이채로웠다. 그리고 그 가운데 자리잡은 ㄷ 자 형태의 핫 테스크 타입의 자리 세팅. 그 ㄷ 자 형의 가운데 제일 안쪽은 놀랍게도 카운터가 자리 잡고 있었다. 손님을 더 받으려 무리하게 부엌 공간을 축소하지 않고 음식점이라는 본질을 계속 고민한 결과였을까? 이 글에는 트랙백을 보낼 수 없습니다.
